Keep your Christmas card list up to date with White Pages® MyLists
November 12, 2010
With Christmas fast approaching this year we all find ourselves thinking there’s so much to do and not enough time – decorations to unpack, presents to buy, catch ups to organise and of course, Christmas cards to send. It can be challenging keeping on top of it all and making sure your Christmas lists are kept up to date.
When you’re writing your Christmas cards this year you may find that your paper address book is a little worn and out of date, or it’s covered in crossed out pages and arrows to new addresses, as family and friends seem to move houses more and more frequently.
White Pages® MyLists lets you create and personalise your own lists for family, friends and businesses, making sure the contact details you need are always updated. So this year, as you start to think about who to send your cards to, try creating a list in White Pages® of everyone you want to send your cards to and make it easier to keep track of their details.
It’s quick and easy to create a list. All you need to do is –
- Use whitepages.com.au to search for a friend or family member.
- Add them to a list using the + symbol next to the telephone number.
- Search for another person and repeat this process.
Now you’re creating your Christmas card list. It’s as simple as that.
To give your list a name, simply click on the ‘MyLists’ button in the top right corner of the page and click on the ‘Change list name’ link. If you need to send this list to anyone else you can also email it to them using the ‘Send to friend’ link on the same page.
If you sign up to a White Pages® account you can also access even more features, such as adding notes with extra information to each contact in your list. You may want to include things like the names of people’s children or points to mention when you write your cards.
Once you’re signed up you can also create multiple lists for different things. Why not create a list of restaurants you want to remember to try or a list of all the numbers you often need to contact but don’t store in your phone such as the dentist, hairdresser, plumber and car mechanic. That way all the numbers you need will be easily accessible with just a few clicks.
So visit whitepages.com.au and create your list today!
