Each year Sensis features local heroes on the covers of its Yellow Pages® and White Pages® directories in regional areas and White Pages® directories in metropolitan areas.  This is an opportunity to pay tribute to people making outstanding contributions to their local community. Sensis chooses a theme for the directory covers and the 2010 theme is Courageous Australians. In 2010, 61 Yellow Pages® and White Pages® directories in Australia will feature courageous people who have gone above and beyond the call of duty to overcome adversity and to enhance the lives of others in their community.

Sensis calls for nominations for each directory region and selects cover subjects based on the theme criteria.

The 2010/11 Yellow Pages® and White Pages® cover subjects will be announced on the White Pages® community website from January 2010.
